Configure Service Bus Listener

To configure Service Bus Listener using the Farm Configuration Wizard:

Click the Azure Setting tab.
The Service Bus Listener Configuration for Mobile section appears.

Enter the Service Bus Namespace obtained from the Windows Azure Management Portal, in this field.

Select the required Enterprise Console from the drop-down field.
Note: Only the Enterprise Console of Anonymous Authentication Type are listed in this field.

Enter the issuer value of the service bus in the Issuer field.

Enter the Issuer key of the service bus in the Key field.

In the Listener Namespace field, the name of the selected Enterprise Console will be populated.
This field is in read-only mode.
Ensure that the computer name does not have a hyphen (-).

Select the Activate check box to activate the listener.

Select the Enable Enhanced Security check box to enforce additional security at the service bus level.

Click Save to save the configuration.
This configuration appears in the Existing Service Bus Listener Configurations section.

Click Test Listener Status to test the Service Bus Listener Configuration.
Note: The Service Bus Listener Url generated above will be used while configuring the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro application.
To Access Azure Settings in AVEVA Work Tasks Pro App
You can configure the Azure settings such as Enterprise Console path, Repository name, Provider name, and User name in the Farm Configuration Wizard. You can generate a QR code to store these settings. This QR code can then be scanned by the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro App to automatically fill the settings in the Settings screen.

Click the Azure Setting tab.
The Service Bus Listener Configuration for Mobile section appears.

Click Generate QR Code.
The Scan QR Code dialog box appears.

Perform either of the following:

If you have selected the Enable Enhanced Security check box, enter the user name in the User Name box, and then click Generate. The Scan QR Code dialog box appears.

If you have not selected the Enable Enhanced Security check box, go to step 4.

In the Scan QR Code dialog box, click Download.
The Save As dialog box appears.

Enter the File name for the QR code and select the Save as type as PNG.

Click Save.
The QR Code is generated successfully.

Scan this QR Code in the AVEVA Work Tasks Pro App.
The values configured for the following settings in the Farm Configuration wizard are considered by default.

Enterprise Console path

Repository name
-
Provider name
-
User name
-

Enter the password.
Note:
- The Shared Access Signature (SAS) token is valid for 1 year and is automatically
renewed after this duration.
- The secured Service Bus URL can be accessed only using QR Code. You cannot enter
this URL in the app and log in.
