ASP​.NET Error while Configuring Farm Configuration

Issue

The following ASP.NET related error message appears while opening the Farm Configuration Wizard.

Failed to enable the IIS features automatically. Please enable them manually.

Probable Cause

IIS is installed on your Server, but ASP.NET is not installed on your system.

Solution

You must install ASP.NET before configuring the Farm Configuration.
