Globalization is the process of making a product multi-lingual. It involves two phases -Internationalization and Localization.
Internationalization refers to the Design phase in software development in which the software is designed to enable its use in non-US locales. In this phase, all language-related aspects of the program are separated from the code, and are embedded in PII (Program Integrated Information) files.
Localization relates to the implementation phase and is the process of adapting an internationalized product to a specific language, script, cultural, and coded character set environment.
AVEVA Work Tasks has been designed to facilitate localization. The AVEVA Work Tasks Localization Guide provides instructions to localize AVEVA Work Tasks.
