Installation Planning Checklist

The installation planning checklist summarizes the tasks that you must perform to complete an installation. If you install the AVEVA Work Tasks products on more than one machine, complete the first installation using the detailed instructions in this guide. You can use this checklist to perform subsequent installations. Before you install the AVEVA Work Tasks products, prepare the machines where you plan to install the AVEVA Work Tasks products.

Complete the following pre-installation tasks:

  • Integrate email server

  • Identify server roles

  • Select the database type

  • Configure database user settings

  • Identify user source

  • Set up the communication protocol

  • Set up the default ports

Before installing ensure all Prerequisites are taken care.
