View the Properties of a Workflow

You can view the properties of a workflow using the View Properties option in the shortcut menu.

Column details in Workflow Properties window displays the following information:

• Version: Version of the workflow .

• Status: Status of the workflow

• Is Archived: States whether the workflow is archived or not

Child Items tab lists the child items of the selected workflow, details pertaining to the workflow which is added as a child item of the selected workflow is listed.

Grid details of Child Items tab displays the following information:

• Title: Title of the child workflow.

• Description: Description of the child workflow.

• Version: Latest version of the child workflow (if all the versions in draft status) or the status of the published version.

• Status: Status of the workflow.
