To set the threshold value in Overdue level

  1. Click the Overdue Analysis tab to set the threshold value for the total pending count or for a specific period of time.

  2. In the Total Pending Workflows Threshold drop-down, set the threshold value for total pending workflows. In this example, set the threshold value as 2 for the total pending workflows.

  3. In the Slot Period drop-down, select the slot period for defining the threshold values in each slot. In this example, define the Slot1 period as 1 Hour.

  4. In the Threshold drop-down, select the threshold value. In this example, enter a threshold value for the number of pending Workflows for the Slot1 period as 2.

  5. Click Save.

These settings display a graphical view of the pending workflows against threshold.
