Exception Mail Settings

The Exception Mail Settings option allows you to replace an user who is configured to receive exception mails with the Alternate User.

Functionality

  • If the User to be Replaced is not configured for any exception mails, then a message User is not a part of this artifact is displayed.

  • If the User to be Replaced is the only user configured for exception mails, then the entry for the User to be Replaced will be removed and an entry for the Alternate User will be added.

  • If both the User to be Replaced and the Alternate User are configured for exception mails, then the entry for the User to be Replaced will be removed and the entry for the Alternate User will be retained.
