Queue

The Queue displays the work items that are assigned to the queue. However, the display of the work items is subject to the rights assigned to the user for the queue.

To view Queue

  • Swipe from the left edge of the screen and tap Queue.

    The Queues containing work items are listed.

To pick a Work Item

You can pick a work item from the Queue to take the appropriate action.

  1. Swipe from the left edge of the screen and tap Queue.

    The Queues containing work items are listed.

  2. Tap the Queue, tap the work item to be picked, and then tap Pick.

    The picked work item is move to the Inbox and are displayed as assigned work items.

    Note: You can pick the work item only if you have the permission. Contact the Administrator if you do not have the permission.

To recall a Work Item

You can recall already allocated work items so that they get back to the respective queues.

  1. Swipe from the left edge of the screen and tap Queue.

    The Queues containing work items are listed.

  2. Tap the Queue, tap the assigned work item to be recalled and, then tap Recall.

    The assigned work item is moved to the Queue.

    Note: You can recall the work item only if you have the permission. Contact the Administrator if you do not have the permission.

    To allocate a Work Item

    You can allocate a work item to the user so that it gets assigned to the user.

    1. Swipe from the left edge of the screen and tap Queue.

      The Queues containing work items are listed.

    2. Tap the Queue, tap the work item to be allocated, and then tap Allocate.

      The users that are participants of the selected queue get listed.

    3. Select the user and then tap Allocate.

      The work item is assigned to the selected user.

      Note: You can allocate the work item only if you have the permission. Contact the Administrator if you do not have the permission.

      To move a Work Item

      You can move a work item from a Queue to another Queue.

      1. Swipe from the left edge of the screen and tap Queue.

        The Queues containing work items are listed.

      2. Tap the Queue, tap the work item to be moved, and then tap Move.

        The list of Queues gets listed.

      3. Select the Queue and then tap Move.

        The work item is moved to the selected Queue.

        Note: You can move the work item only if you have the permission. Contact the Administrator if you do not have the permission.

        To set Priority for a Work Item

        You can set priority for a work item so that you can quickly recognize high priority items.

        1. Swipe from the left edge of the screen and tap Queue.

          The Queues containing work items are listed.

        2. Tap the Queue, tap the work item to be prioritized, and then tap Prioritize.

          The Priority Slider appears.

        3. Move the Slider to select the desired priority and then tap Prioritize.

          The work item is prioritized for the selected Queue.

          Note: You can prioritize the work item only if you have the permission. Contact the Administrator if you do not have the permission.
