2. The following error message appears while opening the Enterprise Console:

Repositories are not mapped for the current site.

Resolution

  • Check if any Repository is mapped to the Enterprise Console.

  • Check status of the Enterprise Console in the Farm Database.

Steps to check Repository mapping to the Enterprise Console

  1. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to AVEVA, and then click Central Configuration.

The Central Configuration Web page appears.

  2. Click Repository Settings. The Repository List page appears.

  3. From the Repository Name column, click on a Repository.

  4. Map the Repository to the Enterprise Console.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Refresh Enterprise Console from Repository List page.

Steps to check the status of the Enterprise Console in the Farm Database

    • Check in the Farm database, table SKWebSite, if the related Enterprise Console has the "IsActive" flag set to False, change it to True.

    3. Login fails in case you create a new Enterprise Console and configure the repository with AVEVA Identity Manager (AIM)

    Resolution

    • Do the IIS reset.

    • Reconfigure AIM from Central Configuration.

    4. Application error occurs when you try to login to the Enterprise Console after a long time

Application error occurs when you have two repositories configured (say, AIM repository and AVEVA List repository) and you perform the actions below:

    • You logged into one of the repositories (say, AIM repository) and after a long time you browse the Enterprise Console URL and try to login with different repository (say, AVEVA List repository).

    • You logged out from one of the repositories (say, AIM repository) and try to login with different repository (say, AVEVA List repository).

    Resolution

Clear the cookies and login again.
