Install AVEVA Work Tasks Locales for Brazilian Portuguese

AVEVA Work Tasks supports Brazilian Portuguese operating system out of the box. A separate installer for Brazilian Portuguese locales is available which can be installed after installing AVEVA Work Tasks 2023 R2. Before you run the Brazilian Portuguese installer, we recommend you to back up the existing files and folders of the previous installation.

Prerequisites

• Install AVEVA Work Tasks 2023 R2. For information about installing AVEVA Work Tasks, see Install Different Editions.

• Back up the following folders before you run the locales installer:

  • C:\Program files\AVEVA\Work Tasks\\WorkflowElements\Default\en-US\Actions\XML

  • C:\Program files\AVEVA\Work Tasks\\WorkflowElements\Default\en-US\Templates

Steps to install

You can use the AVEVA Work Tasks Brazilian Portuguese Localization installer to install the AVEVA Work Tasks product in Brazilian Portuguese.

1. Run the AVEVA Work Tasks 2023 R2-pt-BRLocale.exe.

   A message to overwrite the files appear.

2. Click Yes to confirm the overwrite and continue the installation.

   The Welcome to the Installation Wizard for AVEVA Work Tasks Brazilian Portuguese Localization page appears.

3. Click Next.

   The install page appears.

4. Click Install to begin the installation.

5. On the InstallShield Wizard Completed dialog box, click Finish.

   AVEVA Work Tasks is successfully installed in Brazilian Portuguese.

After you install

Add the following entry within the <system.web> tag in the web.config file of the Enterprise Console:
