What is a Workflow List

The Workflow List is a list of workflows and folders which contains workflows within it. The Workflow List provides a central interface that enables categorization of workflows.

Actions you can be perform for a Workflow list are:

• Create a folder

• Create and view workflow attributes

• Create new FileWatcher, List and BAM workflows

• Publish a workflow

• Associate a workflow with BAM, FileWatcher, and Enterprise Console Lists

• Organize workflow items by grouping them into folders

• Manage the version changes to a workflow

• Disable or delete a workflow

• Manage security settings
