Manage Repository DataSource

You can use this option to modify an existing data source.

To modify Repository DataSource

1. On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to AVEVA, and then click Central Configuration.

   The Central Configuration web page appears.

2. Click DataSource Settings.

   The Datasource List page appears.

3. In the DataSource column, click the required data source to be modified.

   The Manage DataSource page appears.

4. Modify the required information related to the following fields in the connection string:

   • Authentication Type

   • User ID and Password

   • Advanced Settings

5. Click Test Connection to verify the database connectivity.

   If SQL Server authentication is used, enter the password again after clicking Test Connection and before clicking OK.

6. Click OK.
