Add users and assign to groups

In CONNECT, select User Management.

Select the Users tab.
The Users list displays.

Select Add User.
The Add user panel opens.

Enter the new user's Username as a valid email address.

Assign the user to any applicable Groups. (The Group(s) must already be added. For more information, see Add groups.)
Note: The new user is now able to sign on to AVEVA Measurement Advisor but won’t be able to see any objects within the application. Therefore, you need to assign Areas of Responsibility (AORs) to the new user from within AVEVA Measurement Advisor. The new user must sign on at least once before you can assign the AORs.

Assign the new user to the required Areas of Responsibility (AORs). For more information, see User options: areas of responsibility tab.
