Open the problematic context

To open the Problematic Context window

  1. Select the desired row in one of the following windows:

    • Graphical Meter Summary window

    • Detailed Meter Summary window

    • Graphical Gas Quality Summary window

    • Measuring Station Summary window

  2. On the Graphical Meter and Graphical Gas Quality (GQ) Summaries, do one of the following:

    • Select Problematic Context on the desktop.

    • Double click the desired item's Problem column.

  3. On the Detailed Meter Summary and the Measuring Station Summary window, right-click on the desired row and select Problematic Context from the action menu.

    Data quality legends are configured through the User Options window: System Preferences tab. For more information, see Data status colors.

  4. (Optional) In the Problematic Context window, select Refresh.

    The Select Date Range dialog appears.

    Note: The data in the Problematic Context window is date-dependent. If you fail to see any data in the window, refresh the window with the right dates.

  5. (If you performed Step 3) On the Select Date Range dialog, select the Start Date Time and End Date Time, and then select Okay.

    The Problematic Context window appears showing data for the selected date range.

  6. Optional: Alternatively, you can change the date range that appears in the Problematic Context window by double-clicking the date on the Date Scroll or using the navigational arrows.

  7. On the Select Date Range dialog, select the Start Date Time and End Date Time, and then select Okay.
