Use the New command to build a new list.
To configure the New Object List

On the Object List Summary window, select New > Criteria to open the Object List Properties dialog.
The Object List Properties dialog appears.

Enter a new Name.

(Optional) Enter a Description.

(Optional) Un-select the Use Current Time checkbox to define a new effective time by selecting the calendar button.

Select the List Type.

Select How often to rebuild the list.

Select the Dataset.

(Optional) Select Global List to indicate that the object list is global, or clear the checkbox to indicate that the object list is personal.

(Optional) Select Organization to indicate that all the objects in the object list are part of an organization that the system had created (by the same name).

Select the List Criteria.

Select Save.

Select Build.
-
Select Okay.
The Display Object List window appears.
