You can view the reason why you cannot edit data on the Meter Data Editor window.
Some common reasons include the following:

The data is being calculated or there is an incomplete calculation.

You do not have permission to edit data.

Meter is not in your Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Note: The fields that are read-only are unavailable for edit in the Meter Data Editor window.
