Linear interpolation

When a meter is missing data, the system automatically estimates the missing data. This is based on linear interpolation of good telemetered data that is before and after the data gap, and overwrites the late data estimate with linear interpolated data. When enabled, linear interpolation overrides the configured data estimation type for missing data. Late data will still estimate using the data estimation type. This estimation method is available for meters only.
