How initial inventory interacts with balance data

The Initial Inventory is accounted for in the Line Segment Balance Data window.

Information entered as part of the Initial Inventory Settings Window is taken into account in the Line Segment Balance Data window.

After entering values in the Adj. Beginning Volume MCF, Adj. Beginning Energy MMBTU (60), and Adj. Beginning Mass lbm columns on the Initial Inventory Window, you will see the results in the Inventory Volume MCF, Inventory Energy MMBTU (60) and Inventory Mass lbm columns in the Line Segment Balance Data window.

The net columns will still be a sum of in and out values. The net columns produce the value for the line segment.

The location of the Inventory Volume, Energy and Mass information displayed on the Line Segment Balance Data window depends on the settings selected in User Options, among other factors.
