You can filter displayed data using two different methods.
To filter summary contents

In the Filter field on a window, select one of the following options:

None
-
Area of Responsibility (AOR)

Object List

Note: Once you select AOR or Object List, drop-down list boxes appear to assist you in further narrowing the filter.

Select the desired options to further filter the summary.

If you choose AOR, you will be required to define the AOR and the AOR Group.

If you choose Object List, you will be required to select an Object List.

After selecting your desired options, click Apply.
The filter will be applied accordingly.
To filter column contents

In the column header of interest, click the
icon to access the Column Filter list box.

Select the desired filter type from the list box.
To filter column contents

In the column header of interest, select the
icon to access the Column Filter list .

Select the desired filter enter from the list .
Note: It is possible to sort using multiple filters at once. After selecting your initial filter, hold the Shift key, and then select and define a filter for an additional column.
