Pulse count calculation based on uncorrected volume input

If Uncorrected Volume has a value, then the pulse count is re-calculated.

If the Pulse Count has a value, and the Uncorrected Volume is 'null/0', then pulse count is not re-calculated.

If both pulse count and Uncorrected Volume are null, then the row is flagged with a problem.

If Uncorrected Volume is 0 and the pulse count is null, then the pulse count is calculated as 0.
Re-calculation on data edits

If you enter a value for Uncorrected Volume that is not 'null/0', then the pulse count is calculated.

If you enter a value of '0' for Uncorrected Volume and the pulse count is null, then the pulse count is calculated as 0.

If you enter a value of 'null/0' for Uncorrected Volume, and the pulse count is a value that is not 'null/0', then the pulse count will not be calculated.

If you edit the pulse count, then the Uncorrected Volume is not re-calculated.

If the calculation is performed by right-clicking a row in the Meter Data Editor window, the behavior is the same.
