Close a group

On the Close Group Summary window, right-click the desired close group, and then select Close Selected Groups.

The Close Group Information window appears.

Select Close to Date to define the date the group should be closed until.

Select Okay to close the records.

The Close Group Confirmation window appears.

Select Yes.

If you close a group with no outstanding problematic contexts associated with the measuring station in the group, the system will close the group and the Close Group Information window will re-appear. If you try to close a group with outstanding problematic contexts or outstanding Prior Period Adjustments (PPAs) associated with the measuring station in the group, the close command will fail and a Close Group Failed window appears.
