Troubleshoot an accounting close - open station list

This section outlines how to address an error indicating that the accounting object you are attempting to close is associated with an open station.

To troubleshoot the accounting close open station message

1. On the Open Station List error message, select OK.

   The Open Station List window appears. This list informs you which station(s) remain open.

   

   

2. Open the Close Group Summary window.

3. From the Close Group Summary window, locate the close group that the Measurement Station is associated with.

4. Right-click and select Close Selected Group(s).

5. On the Close Group Information window, select the Close to Date.

6. Select Okay.

7. Return to the Accounting Close Summary window.

   Wait for the automatic accounting close of the station to occur or continue with the steps to manually close the station.

8. Locate the accounting object associated with the station that required closing.

9. Select Accounting Close.

   You are able to perform an accounting close on your selected object.
