Properties configurations

This section details how to make changes to the properties.

It is possible to assign permissions to various properties within AVEVA Measurement Advisor, allowing Administrators to apply necessary restrictions on property configuration. These restrictions are typically created during setup. For more information, contact your service provider.

Enter a value directly in a Value field, or by select it from either a dropdown list or separate window.

To enter or select a value

1. If the Value cell contains neither a dropdown list nor a button, enter the desired value and proceed to Step 3. Otherwise, proceed to Step 2.

2. Do one of the following:

   • If the Value cell contains a dropdown list, select the arrow to open a dropdown list.

     Select the desired value from the list of options.

     

   • If the Value cell contains a button, select it to open the appropriate window. In the window, enter the desired value or select it from the list of options.

     For example, if the item is Area of Responsibility (AOR) Group, the Select an AOR Group window appears.

     Note: Every time you configure an item, a red write icon and an (...) icon appears in the modified row.

     

     

3. Select the (...) icon to open the appropriate Set Adjustment Reason window. For more information, refer to Adjustment reason summary.
