Open the County select window

The County Select window can be opened through a Properties window (e.g. the Properties for Measuring Station window or an Organization) that contains the Province/State County item.
To open the County Select window

On the Graphical Measuring Station Summary window, select the desired measuring station, and then select Properties.
The Properties for Measuring Station window appears.

Select on the Value cell for the Province/State and County field.
