Configure a contact

  1. On the Contact Summary window, select New.

    A New (blank) Contact Properties window appears.

  2. Enter the data into the fields in the Contact tab.

  3. Select on the organization bar.

    Connected Items for Contact appears.

  4. Select Edit.

  5. Select the organization desired.

  6. Select Connect and select the date range.

  7. Select Okay.

  8. Select the Phone Numbers tab.

  9. To add a phone number, select New to add a new line.

  10. Enter the Phone Number.

  11. Select the following icon () in Type and select the type of phone.

    For example, Cell.

  12. Fill in the Description field.

  13. Select Save.

  14. Select Close.

    Note: After you have initially configured your contact, it is possible to go back and edit it at any time.
