Configure a meter

This section describes how to create, modify, and configure a meter.
Meters are configured through the Properties for Meter window. The window is organized into tabbed pages to group related properties together.
Note: The configuration of the meter depends on the modules that the customer has licensed. For example, if the validation module is not in the system, then validation will not appear.

The Meter Properties window contains several tabs. The Meter tab always appears. Other tabs depend on the installed Measurement Suite modules and the meter type (Metering Method). For example:
