Send messages to users

You can send messages to other users through the User Summary window.

To send messages to users

1. On the User Summary window, right-click the desired users, and then select Send Message.

   Note: To select more than one user, press and hold the Shift or Ctrl key while selecting.

   The Enter String dialog appears.

   

2. Enter the message.

3. Select Okay.

   A TextViewer box with the contents of the message appears on the recipient's AVEVA Measurement Advisor within 30 seconds. If the users are not logged on to AVEVA Measurement Advisor, they will receive a message the next time they log on.
