Open the properties of a measurement object

Open a Measurement Object Summary window (e.g., the Measurement Point Summary window).

Select the desired measurement object and select Properties to open the Properties of the Measurement Object.

You can configure the date displayed on the Properties window. The date shown depends on whether or not the checkbox for Open Properties Screen with Current Date and Time is selected. If it is selected, the current date and time appears. If left unselected, it displays the first of the month and the contract hour. If a particular day is selected on any of the Graphical Summary windows, then regardless of the preference selected for Open Properties Screen with Current Date and Time, the Properties window displays that day's date and contract hour. Notes: It is possible to move from property to property on the Properties window using the up and down arrows.

Pressing the Esc key before saving will undo your last change.

All properties can be made unavailable for editing by changing the permission levels associated with them. This is typically configured at installation time. For more information, speak to your Administrator.
