Configure measurement internal storage units

Once data is loaded into the system, the internal storage units cannot be easily modified as all data in the system must be updated.

The default internal storage units are set to those units which are typical for companies in the United States. These may be changed to the units required for a given customer.

For example, a customer may wish to change the internal storage units to use metric measure. This will allow customer staff to write reports without concerns regarding unit conversion.
