Hourly vs. aggregation check

The Hourly versus Aggregation Check applies to cases where both 15-minute and hourly data is available with hourly aggregation turned off. The hourly values can be validated against the aggregation of the 15-minute values.
Note: Aggregation consists of the sum of the volume, energy, flow time, pulse count, and uncorrected volume.
It also consists of the volume flow weighted averages of the pressure, temperature, differential pressure and flow extension.
The system compares the hourly meter readings to the corresponding summary of four 15-minute meter readings. The difference should be lower than a configured tolerance.

Where:
-
hourly = The hourly measurement value.
-
15-minute = The 15-minute measurement value.
-
Tol = Limit tolerance. The calculated difference must be greater that this amount. Otherwise, the two values are considered to be the same.
