Connect an organization measuring station

On the Organization Connectivity window, select the organization you wish to connect.

(Optional) Expand the organization listing to view the measuring stations and/or the contacts that are connected to the organization.

Note: An organization can have measuring stations assigned to it without any contacts, or it can have contacts assigned to it without any measuring stations.

Select Connect > Station.

The Connected Items window appears.

Select Edit.

The Connected Items Edit window appears.

Select the desired station under Available and select Connect.

The Connection Information window appears.

When selecting the Effective Date Time and Expiry Date Time:

• Select to select the desired year.

  The on the left will list the years prior to the currently selected year, and the on the right will list future years.

• If you want to scroll back or forward by one month, select on the Calendar dropdown list and use for back and for forward.

• If you want to scroll back or forward by one year, select on the Calendar dropdown list and use for back and for forward.

• Selecting Today will select the current date.

• Selecting Now will select the current date and time.

• Selecting Last Connection will show where the most current connection begins.

• Selecting Next Connection will show the date/time where the current connection expires.

Select the Organization Relation.

Select Okay to accept the entered time, and close the Connection Information window.

The connected object appears under Connected in the Connected Items Edit window.

Select OK.

Notes: The connected object will be added to the appropriate connected list. The connection will be valid from the specified effective time to the specified expiry time.

If, after configuring the Effective Date Time and Expiry Date Time, you wish to make changes, select Modify and the Connection Information window appears.

Select Close.
