Open an object summary window

To open an object summary window

• On the desktop, do one of the following:

  • In the View menu, select the desired summary window.

    OR

  • Select the desired summary window button.

    Your desired object summary window opens.

    Note: Like many other windows, summary windows are not dynamically refreshed. Whenever the display parameters for a window or summary change, you must refresh the window before the changes appear.

    Summary windows contain a list of all the desired summary records in the system, or under your Area of Responsibility (AOR).
