Create a new Area of responsibility (AOR)

Before you begin

Note: Areas of Responsibility (AORs) and groups created in AVEVA Measurement Advisor cannot be used by SCADA.

To create a new AOR

1. On the AOR Summary window, select New.

   A new line appears below the last row on the AOR Summary window.

   

2. In the new line, enter an AOR Name and Description.

3. Select Save.

4. Do one of the following:

   • Select the AOR you just created, and then select Properties.

   • Double-click the AOR you just created.

   The Properties for AOR window: Groups tab appears.

   

5. Proceed to Add groups to an Area of responsibility (AOR).
