Beta ratio check

The Beta Ratio Check checks the orifice plate relative to the meter tube size to determine the beta ratio, and compares the ratio against configured upper and lower limits.

For example, when a technician changes the orifice plate to a different size, the Beta Ratio Check flags this as Flagged or Invalid as per configuration settings.
