The following procedure will guide you through the Coriolis EFM tab configuration process.

To configure the Coriolis EFM tab

  1. Select the Averaging error method that you would like to use to correct Historical averaging errors. Choose from the following:

    • Volume Ratio

    • None

  2. Select Calculate Volume Ratio to calculate the volume ratio of the volume calculated by the RTU (Vref) over the volume calculated by AVEVA Measurement Advisor (Vcalc).

  3. Define the Flow Computer Pressure Source to define the type of pressure source used by the flow computer:

    • Disabled — No pressure inputs, the flow computer is not calculating a compensated mass

    • Fixed Pressure — The flow computer is using a fixed value for pressure. This should only be used in scenarios where the pressure in the field is very consistent.

    • Live Pressure — The flow computer is using a live pressure reading and will report a compensated mass.

  4. Define the Fixed Static Pressure that the flow computer is using when performing calculations using Fixed Pressure

Note: The Flow Computer Pressure Source and the Fixed Static Pressure are used for uploads from the flow computer and downloads to the flow computer. These are not used for calculations.

  5. (Optional) Select Enable Automatic GQ Download.

This enables the automatic download of the connected zone gas analysis when the defined deadbands have been exceeded.

  6. Select Enable to enable the Coriolis EFM Volume Ratio Check.

Note: Property Validation Checking is performed on the High and Low threshold values. For more information, refer to Meter properties validation checking.

  7. Define the High threshold.

  8. Define the Low threshold.

  9. Select Auto replace (outside threshold) to auto-replace values outside the threshold.

  10. Select Auto replace (when Vref = 0) to auto-replace when the reference volume is equal to zero.

  11. Select Auto replace (when Vcalc =0) to auto replace when the calculated volume is equal to zero.

  12. Under the Severity dropdown list, select how you want the record to be flagged in the event that the check is unsuccessful:

    • Invalid — In the event the check is unsuccessful, the record will be marked as Invalid

    • Flagged — In the event that the check is unsuccessful, the record will be marked as Flagged
