Prepare for and send zone quality (ZQ) data to Autosol Communications Manager (ACM)

The stored procedure [moveXferQueueToGQDownload] queues ZQ data for download from AVEVA Measurement Advisor to Autosol Communications Manager (ACM). This stored procedure uses the following rules:

  • For each ZQ in the batch, the routine looks up associated measurement connectivity to find all stations that have multiple meters using the ZQ. If it finds any, the ZQ data is queued for download to the station(s).

  • If the ZQ is associated with only one meter in a station or is not connected to a station, the ZQ data is queued for download to that meter.

  • A tolerance check compares the data to its last completed ZQ data download to see whether it needs to be queued or not. If the new data exceeds tolerances as configured in AVEVA Measurement Advisor, it is queued for download. For more information on the tolerances used, see the GQ Deadband values on the Properties for Gas Quality (GQ) : Zone Analysis Tab.

  • Any in-progress ZQ to be replaced by new ZQ is marked as "Failed" in the Scada GQ Downloads screen. For more information, see Scada GQ Downloads.
