Configuration details for a forward flow meter

To configure the Forward Flow meter

  1. If the corrected volume is received from the physical meter as a positive number, the system will assign the volume (and other record details) to the forward flow meter.

  2. The system will automatically record both the forward-flow reading and a reverse flow reading each time a reading is received from the physical meter.

    This means that a place holder record will be fabricated for the meter that does not represent the current direction of flow.

    The place holder shall have the following properties:
