Description

Pulse EFM

Pulse Meter Type

Select the type of pulse meter that is being used:

  • Mass Flow

  • Positive Displacement

  • Vortex

  • Ultrasonic

  • Turbine

  • Rotary

Averaging Error Method

Defines the method of correcting for Historical averaging error. The choices are:

  • Volume Ratio - Add a volume ratio to the base flow rate equation. The volume ratio is applied to the calculated value to keep the volume ratio the same as it was previously.

  • None - Do not adjust, which will force the volume ratio factor into unity. The calculation occurs as normal and will replace the existing data.

Calculate Volume Ratio

Calculate an observed volume obtained from dividing the Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) volume by the host calculated volume.

Enable Automatic GQ

Download

Enables the automatic download of the connected zone gas analysis when the defined deadbands have been exceeded.

Pulse EFM Volume Ratio

Check

Enable

Select the checkbox to enable the Pulse EFM Volume Ratio Check.

Note: Property Validation Checking is performed on the High and Low Threshold values. For more information, refer to Meter properties validation checking.

High threshold

Define the high threshold.

Low threshold

Define the low threshold.

Auto replace (outside threshold)

If this checkbox is selected, the value will be auto-replaced if it is outside the threshold.

Auto replace (when Vref = 0)

If the checkbox is selected, the auto-replace will occur when the reference volume is equal to zero.

Auto replace (when Vcalc =0)

If the checkbox is selected, the auto-replace will occur when the calculated volume is equal to zero.

Severity

The two options available for selection are as follows:

  • Invalid. Will cause the record to be invalid if the check fails.

  • Flagged. Will cause the record to be marked as flagged if the check fails.
