Balance data

You can view 15-minute, hourly, daily, or monthly balance data for balance objects from the balance data windows for these objects.

Note: Balance data for each level of the hierarchy is stored in the database. Recalculations occur when data at the lower level in the balancing hierarchy changes, assuming that the Calculation Policy is set to Automatic. If the Calculation Policy is set to Manually Initiated, manual re-calculations can be performed. The granularity of the data stored in the lower levels of the balance hierarchy dictates the granularity at which the higher level balancing information can be calculated. For example, assume that you have only line segment data at a daily granularity. The only subregion data that can be calculated from the line segment will also be provided as a daily granularity.

The Balance Data window for the Region data is shown as an example of a Balance Data window for an object. Balance Data can also be calculated for the following objects:

• Line Segment

• Sub Region

• Region

• Company
