Meter misc value reasonability check

The Meter ("MTR") Misc Value Reasonability Check allows the customer to perform a reasonability check on values entered into the Misc Value field on the Meter Reading tab on the Meter Data Editor window. The Misc Value field is provided as a means of entering customer-specific information that Measurement has not previously accounted for.

However, if the Meter Type is defined as a Linepack Meter, the Misc Value column has a specific usage: it is used to define the outlet temperature.

If enabled, the MTR Misc Value Reasonability Check allows the customer to verify the values entered into the Misc Value field.

If the data is not within the defined High and Low Thresholds, the data is marked as Flagged or Invalid, depending on which severity has been selected for the reasonability check.
