Archive imported information

Archiving copies the imported file to the configured archive location. They are retained based on the Retention Period setting.
If the file archiving process is unsuccessful, the archiving error is logged into MeasFileImport.log and the parsing will continue independently. The File Import process does not try to archive the file again.
In order to successfully configure the file archive, providing a unique name for the file archive is strongly recommended, but not required.
In the event that a new name is not provided, and the archived file's name is not unique, the file is replaced after a new archive file is generated. This will lead to a situation where a file with the same name is replaced repeatedly. To manage situations where the name is not a unique identifier, there is an archive indicator (also known as a 'flag') used to accurately identify which version is the newer file and which one should be deleted. This prevents the newer file from being deleted before its time.
