Set bulk validation limits

1. On the Bulk Validation Limits window, enter the Number of Periods.

2. Enter the Ending # of Periods Back.

3. Select the desired update frequency.

4. Do one of the following:

   • Select the % of data to fall in this range.

   • Enter the # std dev.

5. Modify the script as desired.

6. (Optional) On the Output menu select Show.

   The Bulk Validation Limits: Output=Show window appears.

   1. (Optional) On the Output menu, select Show and Verbose.

      The Bulk Validation Limits: Output=Show+Verbose window appears.

   2. To clear the Output screen, select Clear on the Output menu.

7. Select Query.

   Note: If the query is too long, you can select Abort to stop the query.

   If there are no matches within the range specified, no validation limits will be suggested.

   The suggested limits appear in the Recommended Reasonability Limits for Object window.
