In order to schedule a report, you must have the Meas Reports Schedule permission.

  1. Click Create ().

  2. Enter a Description of the schedule.

  3. Enter a Email to where schedule should be sent.

Recipients can be separated with a semicolon.

The scheduled reports will be issued in Excel format.

  4. The Schedule details:

    1. The Frequency and Interval at which the schedule should be sent, where:

Frequency is how often to run the schedule. For example, Daily or Weekly.

If you chose Daily and an Interval of 1, it would execute every day. If you chose an Interval of 2, it would execute every second day.

    2. The Time Zone information associated with the First Run Date/Time.

    3. The First Run Date and First Run Time is when the first scheduled report starts to run. For example, 10 October at 9:00 AM.

  5. The Report Parameters differ depending on the type of report in use.

Shared report parameters are as follows:

The Start Date and the Start Time is the start of the date range for data selection. For example, October 1 at 9:00 AM.

The End Date and the End Time is the end of the date range for data selection. For example, October 7 at 9:00 AM.

Future reports will be issued relative to this start date and end time. For example, on a one week frequency (frequency = "Weekly", interval = 1), where the First Run Date/Time was set to October 10 at 9:00 AM, the next scheduled report would be set to begin on October 17 at 9:00 AM. The dates will automatically update to indicate the next scheduled report.

The Start Time and End Time are report parameters describing the time range of the data in the report. This is not to be conflated with the First Run Time which indicates when the scheduled workflow will first be executed.

Note: The scheduled report will continue to be produced until the scheduled report is deleted. For information on how to delete a scheduled report, see Understand the icons in use in the reports module.

  6. When the scheduled report is configured, it will appear as follows under the associated report type. Here, the type of report configured is a Meter Data Report (single meter).
