Approved prior period adjustment (PPA) summary

You can view all approved prior period adjustments to monthly, daily, hourly, irregular or 15minute readings.

Note: The Approved Prior Period Adjustment (PPA) Summary is a static display. You cannot edit the data in this window.

The 15 minute Approved PPA Summary displays a number of details for each affected meter, including:

• The month in which the adjustment was made and the reason for the adjustment.

• The contract time.

• A description of the adjustment.

• You name of the person who approved the adjustment.

• Original and adjusted readings.

• The month to which the adjustment has been allocated. This does not appear if Accounting Close is enabled in the configDesc.
