About close group failure

The Close Summary window shows the problems associated with the meters or gas qualities and summarizes the type and number of the problems. You can accept or edit the problem types, and then continue to close.

Note: Audit History and Adjustment Context are generated for (successfully) accepted problem types.
It is possible to change the problem values, as opposed to accepting or rejecting them outright:

You select the item in the Meter Data Editor window where the problem values are highlighted in red.

You change the problematic values to valid values, the meter’s validation rules apply when the data is saved. Close the Meter Data Editor window and Refresh the Close Failed for Close Group window.
The Summary section summarizes the number of problems (the Problem Count column) and the data process (the Data Process Name column) that is experiencing the problems. Use the checkbox to select the desired row. After selecting the desired data process, you may perform actions in bulk on the problems.

Rejecting the volume ratio will overwrite the corrupt value with a value of one. |
