Data status colors

  • Last UpdatedNov 20, 2025

The Data Status Color section contains a number of different color choices for each data status. If there are two data conditions that might have colors associated with them, (e.g., there is an instance of Invalid Config on data that is the result of data estimation), then the issue that is most pressing will color the day's cell. In this instance, the Invalid Config is a more pressing concern than Estimation.

Data Status

Description

Inactive Data

There is no data expected to arrive for the meter. This occurs when the Measurement Connectivity's Connection Status (set when connecting a Meter to a Measurement Point) is not Active.

No Data

There is no data on that day for that meter/gas quality (GQ).

Valid Data

The data passed all validation tests.

Invalid Data

The data failed the data validation process (and the associated Severity was set to Invalid).

Estimation

The data was estimated.

Calculation Error

The data has a calculation error.

Invalid Config

The data has configuration errors. For more information, refer to Problematic context. This color is also used to indicate Date / Time Effective Property Alert Tolerance.

Audit History

The data has been changed and now has audit versions.

Processing

The data is being processed. Wait until the system is finished to proceed.

Ignored

The GQ data is ignored (this applies only to GQ).

Closed

The data is closed. Half of the cell color will be the closed color. The other half will be whatever color it would show if it were not closed.

Flagged

The data was marked as as part of the data validation process (and the associated Severity was set to Flagged). Data that is Flagged is still considered valid, and it will be used for calculations.

Statistics Max

This colour represents the statistical maximum as displayed on the Gas Quality / Meter Data Editor.

Note: The Statistics Max color is only used to highlight the statistical maximum when the Statistics window is open.

Statistics Min

This colour represents the statistical minimum as displayed on the Gas Quality / Meter Data Editor.

Note: The Statistics Min color is only used to highlight the statistical minimum when the Statistics window is open.
