Update the mandatory configuration overrides

The following provides a list of configDesc items that must be configured.
Note: The CD_ZRATIO_UNIT_PROFILE_ID should not be configured at this time. For more information, refer to Configure the Z ratio.
Additionally, prior to migrating the data from an on-premises database to the cloud database as described in Import the data using measDataLoader, it is important to ensure that each of these items are set as configured in the on-premises database. Otherwise the data may not migrate as expected.

CD_CONTRACT_TIMEZONE_CODE |
Look at the timezoneDesc table and find the time zone you want. Note the timezoneCode. Change the intValue of the entry CD_CONTRACT_TIMEZONE_CODE to the timezoneCode noted above. For more information, refer to the AVEVA Measurement Advisor Administrator documentation. |

CD_CONTRACT_HOUR_CODE |
This the global contract hour. It is used for the contract hour when calculating daily and monthly station volumes and line segments. If CD_FIELD_DEVICE_AGGREGATES is set to N, then daily and monthly aggregations of meter/GQ use the hour configured by CD_CONTRACT_HOUR_CODE when calculating the time of the aggregated record. The following describes how to configure this setting for a midnight contract hour: Look at the contractHourDesc files and find the row with the contractHourName corresponding to your contract hour. This would be 12 AM for the midnight contract hour. Note the contractHourCode. Change the intValue file of CD_CONTRACT_HOUR_CODE to the contractHourCode noted above. |

CD_NORTH_AMERICA |
Disable this if you are not using the North American timezones. To do so, set the booleanValue for CD_NORTH_AMERICA to N. You will need to create non-North American time zones in this case. Additional timezones can be created if they are not installed by this configuration item. For more information, refer to the AVEVA Measurement Advisor Administrator documentation. |

CD_MEXICO |
Configure this if you are using timezones for Mexico. To do so, set the booleanValue for CD_MEXICO to Y. You must disable CD_NORTH_AMERICA when this is enabled, as Mexico redefines some of the timezones used by the United States of America. Additional timezones can be created if they are not installed by this configuration item. For more information, refer to the AVEVA Measurement Advisor Administrator documentation. |

CD_CHINA |
Configure this if you are using the China timezones. To do so, set the booleanValue for CD_CHINA to Y. Additional timezones can be created if they are not installed by this configuration item. For more information, refer to the AVEVA Measurement Advisor Administrator documentation. |

CD_AUSTRALIA |
Configure this if you are using Australia timezones. To do so, set the booleanValue for CD_AUSTRALIA to Y. Additional timezones can be created if they are not installed by this configuration item. For more information, refer to the AVEVA Measurement Advisor documentation. |
