Open the meter rejected readings window

1. On the Graphical Meter Summary window, select the desired meter.

2. Right-click the selected meter and select Rejected Readings.

   • You can also double-click on the Rejected Reading column.

   • Alternatively, the Rejected Readings for all of the meters can be viewed through the following pathway: Tools > Rejected Reading Summary.

The Rejected Readings Summary appears if the rejected readings occur at a granularity other than the primary one or if there are no rejected readings at all. If all of the Rejected Readings occur at the primary granularity, a window appears displaying all of the information for the Rejected Readings at that granularity.

Note: If there is a button on the Rejected Readings column, this means that there are other Rejected Readings defined at other granularities or that are the result of a configuration or an event related occurrence. Selecting will provide a list of Rejected Readings for the selected meter.

Note: Double-clicking on one of the granularities on the Rejected Readings Summary will open up the Rejected Readings window for that particular granularity.
