Columns on the Problem summary window

It is possible to filter the content presented in each column on the Problem Summary window. For more information, see Filters.

Columns on the Problem Summary window

Item

Description

Action

Describes any actions taken on the problem item.

Name

Name of problem item.

Type

The problem item's type (Meter, Station, Gas Quality).

Group

Group to which the problem belongs.

Field / Host Date Time

The date and time. The date and time displayed can either be Field or Host, depending on which option is selected in the User Options window: System Preference tab.

EOP

Indicates whether or not the item is associated with the End Of Period (EOP).

Timezone

The time zone where the problem occurred.

History Type

The granularity at which the history was taken.

Description

Provides the description associated with the meter, station, or gas quality.

Problem Class

One of the following:

  • Configuration Validation

  • Data Validation

  • Data Estimation

  • Data Calculation

  • Processing Data

  • Prior Period Adjustment (PPA)

Problem Type

Varies according to the specified Problem Class filter.

Problem

Provides additional information about the problem.

Closed

Indicates whether or not the problem item is closed.

outstandingPPA

Indicates whether or not the problem item has any associated outstanding PPA.

Problems

Indicates the number of problems that are associated with the problem item.

Data Quality

The data quality indicates the associated severity of validation issue:

  • Flagged — The data failed the data validation process (and the associated Severity was set to Flagged). Data that is Flagged is still considered valid, and it will be used for calculations.

  • Invalid — The data failed the data validation process (and the associated Severity was set to Invalid).
