Set an adjustment reason

For audit purposes, you must enter an adjustment reason every time you make a correction or adjustment to data or property of an object.

1. After making a change on a Properties window (e.g., the Properties for Meter window), select the (...) icon to open the appropriate Set Adjustment Reason window.

   

2. On the Set Adjustment Reason window, select the desired row.

3. In the Current Adjustment section, select a Reason.

4. (Optional) Enter a comment.

5. Do one of the following to save the Adjustment Reason:

   • Select Set to save the reason for the selected row (and repeat Step 1 to Step 5 for each row).

   • Select Set All to save the reason for all the modified rows.

   • Select Set All Until Save to save the selected reason to all the rows (present and future) until you save the parent window.

     The adjustment reasons appears in the window.

6. Select Close to return to the parent window.
